Straws in tailplane for servo cables, another set of balsa shaped pieces not cut by pck..GRRR.
These pieces fit between R11 and R12 and hold the outer vertical fins in place, well out with the knife.
I reckon if this had been cut in Australia I would have complained to fair trading as the kit is "not fit for purpose" with so many pieces missing. If anyone gets a kit cut by pck (precision cut kits) build it as soon as you get it so you have some hope of success when you complain. After 5 years its not worth sending an email.
I have used 8 of the jumbo sized straws from the 500 I had to buy to get them. Anyone wanting large diameter straws for routing cables, just ask, I have 492 left.

A worthwhile tool. $67 at Bunnings. Fantastic for squaring up your models

Second half of fuselage with some planking done. Slowing down as I am awaiting two large air tanks from Tower Hobbies in USA as Robart has changed Aussie distributor and there are NONE in Australia that I could find!

The tailplane continues. The shaped blocks that help hold the outer vertical fins in place on the hstab were not cut, another omission in what is a pretty BAD example of a "full" wood laser cut. The balsa required (1" - 25mm) was not even supplied, let alone supplying the "shaped" bits.
If this had happened in Aussie you could complain to fair trading as the kit as supplied is not "fit for purpose"
I have also roughly finished the servo mounts/covers so now I can sheet the other half of the tailplane.
